Aplauso, "Applause" in English, is the expression of identity of Pedro Soares: a musician in his soul, an oenologist in his heart. The Aplauso wine Project is composed of a variety of modern and classic sparkling wines, which should be experienced as in all local homes in Bairrada, in communion with the people we care the most.

Pedro Soares and Sónia Martins are responsible for the winemaking of APLAUSO sparkling wines that celebrate the festive atmosphere of the region. Each sparkling wine is thought through, first and foremost from the vineyards, where they use the traditional grape varieties of the region. These wines have a notorious ability to accompany appetizers and to be tasted in every moment of Life.
