Food Safety Policy
In the context of our actions, it is imperative that the products produced comply with the criteria established in terms of Food Safety, clearly showing that the management system implemented is in compliance with the NP EN ISO 22000: 2005, IFS (International Food Standard) version 5 and Legislation in force.
In the context of our actions, it is imperative that the products produced comply with the criteria established in terms of Food Safety, clearly showing that the management system implemented is in compliance with the NP EN ISO 22000: 2005, IFS (International Food Standard) version 5 and Legislation in force, aiming at the following:
1. Ensure adequate training for employees in order to develop their skills and enrich knowledge for an effective and responsible performance of their activities;
2. Contribute to a better environment through the appropriate use of resources as well as the treatment of waste resulting from the activity;
3. To bet on the technological development and the improvement of the processes in order to face the changes and evolutions of the market, reaching a greater satisfaction of the expectations and necessities of the clients;
4. Evaluate and continuously promote customer satisfaction;
5. Ensure the maintenance of the Food Safety and Management System in order to ensure the realization of products in accordance with established procedures, to comply with the legal requirements in force and the contractual requirements assumed with the customers;
6. Ensure the identification, assessment and control of hazards and risks related to Food Safety, complying with the requirements established by the methodology H.A.C.C.P. (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) as well as by the current regulation and the Codex Alimentarius;
7. Promote the continuous improvement of the organization and periodic review of the Food Safety Management System;
8. Maintain active communication with all interested parties (Suppliers, Customers, Audit Institutions and others), issues related to Food Safety;
9. Ensure that the Policy remains adequate, updated and reviewed periodically.
